Version 2026-09-15.first-five.v3 · September 15, 2026
First Five. In plain English.
$0 setup. $250 per qualified held initial roofing appointment. Up to five appointments and $1,250 per explicitly authorized block. No prepayment, automatic sixth charge or automatic renewal.
1. Request, acceptance and start
The fit-request form gives RRM permission to reply about that request. It is not enrollment, a payment authorization, homeowner-contact permission, an accepted project or a service start. Before service begins, RRM and your authorized representative must agree in writing on your service area, desired roofing work, eligible sources, communication permissions, calendar, capacity, start date and this version of the scope. RRM confirms delivery capacity before accepting a block.
2. Duration and financial control
A block ends at five qualified held initial appointments or 30 days from the agreed ready-to-run start, whichever comes first. Fees cannot exceed $1,250 for that block without a separate explicit authorization. You may stop new outreach or new bookings by notifying the agreed RRM contact. Eligible visits already delivered before that stop remain payable; unresolved disputes remain on hold. A further block requires a new explicit approval, including within the same month.
3. Exactly what is billable
A real requested roofing project in the agreed area and work category; an authorized homeowner or decision-maker; an initial inspection arranged with RRM’s involvement; attendance by both homeowner/decision-maker and roofer; verified attendance evidence; and no unresolved qualification or attendance dispute. Booking, a generated message, a model score or a CRM status alone is not evidence that an inspection happened.
No charge for cancellations, no-shows, duplicates, invalid or unverified visits, unresolved disputed visits, inspections already scheduled before RRM’s involvement, or a previously inspected or quoted project relabeled as another initial appointment. Returning to the same project does not create another initial-appointment fee.
4. Invoicing and disputes
The initial service uses reviewed, itemized post-result invoices, not automatic off-session card charges. The invoice identifies the eligible visit and supporting evidence. Payment method, payment timing and the review contact are agreed in the written authorization before the start. Customers may challenge qualification or attendance with that contact; disputed items are withheld from billing pending review. A confirmed erroneous charge must be corrected or refunded. No payment authorization is inferred from submitting the fit form.
5. Included work, not unlimited agency services
Lead Catcher
One approved incoming inquiry route, qualification script and response workflow.
Cold Lead Comeback
One approved batch of up to 100 previously unbooked, permissioned inquiries. Existing booked or quoted projects are excluded from appointment fees.
Real Job Proof Pack
One authorized job, one short proof edit, two caption/placement variants, a project story and one revision. Powered by RoofingReels.
Show-Up Shield
Qualification, actual availability, confirmation, reminders and rescheduling for the trial's appointments, through a verified channel.
Quote Follow-Through
Up to two approved follow-ups on the trial's quotes. Pricing, insurance, technical advice and closing stay with your team.
Referral Spark
One voluntary referral link and an honest review-request template. No review gating, incentives for positive reviews or automatic customer-list blast.
Roof-to-Revenue Receipt
Source, qualified/held visits, disputed visits, sold jobs and collected revenue shown separately. No invented attribution or ROI.
6. Source, permissions and brand control
The initial service uses approved incoming requests, up to 100 previously unbooked permissioned inquiries and permissioned referrals. Revived inquiries are labeled honestly rather than represented as net-new demand. You must have the right to share the relevant records and images, and the selected communication channel must permit the contact. No purchased-list cold blasts, unsolicited SMS, fake reviews, review gating, unapproved public posts or unapproved use of homeowner images. Any opt-out or suppression takes priority over a sequence. A reply stops automated follow-up until it is reviewed.
7. What is outside this block
Paid media, ad spend, purchased leads, new website builds, unlimited content, full SEO management, dedicated human calling, platform subscription costs, insurance or legal advice, roofing inspections, estimating, closing and the roofing work itself are not included. New-demand campaigns or expanded services require separate approved scope and funding. RRM does not guarantee rankings, traffic, appointment volume, attendance, sold jobs, revenue or profit. Five legitimate appointments can produce zero sales.
8. Your responsibilities and ours
Your team supplies accurate work criteria, genuine availability, appropriately permissioned information and real-job materials; attends inspections; and handles roofing, technical, safety, insurance, pricing and sales decisions. RRM prepares and operates the agreed follow-through using approved tools and automation with an accountable exception owner. Unverified integrations or unresolved permission, billing or capacity problems prevent activation. We do not claim that all work can run unattended.
9. Other agreements
These terms describe the new First Five offer only. Prior website or other client agreements are not retroactively changed. A written customer-specific authorization must identify this version and any additional agreed conditions. See the privacy policy for information handling.
