RoofRainMaker collects information you choose to submit, such as name, company, email, phone number, website URL, project goals and messages. We may also collect basic analytics and source/UTM information to understand which marketing pages are working.
AI receptionist calls
When a roofing company activates the AI Receptionist, callers are told before interaction that they are speaking with AI and that the call may be recorded or processed by service providers. Depending on that company’s approved setup, the service may process the call audio or transcript, caller contact details, service location, reason for calling, urgency, appointment details, tool results and a short call summary. Do not provide payment-card, banking, government-ID, medical or insurance-policy numbers to the receptionist.
RoofRainMaker stores bounded operational receipts needed to prove routing, booking, messaging and delivery status; its webhook integration does not intentionally store full call transcripts. The connected voice, phone, calendar and messaging providers may retain additional data under their own terms and the roofing company’s configured retention settings.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare website previews and launch plans, answer and route authorized calls, create requested appointments, send consent-based confirmations, process requested services, improve the site and communicate about RoofRainMaker services.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers used to host data and websites, process payments, provide AI voice and telephony, connect calendars, send email or text messages, or deliver requested services. We limit each integration to the approved service path where practical.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, analytics and advertising measurement tools to measure traffic and campaign performance. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.
Choices and contact
You may decline a text, ask the receptionist to transfer you to a human, or end the call. For access, deletion or other privacy requests, email hello@roofrainmaker.com. Applicable rights and retention may depend on the roofing company serving you and local law.
