Website first.
Clear terms for what follows.

These terms describe the website-led RoofRainmaker offer. They do not retroactively change existing client agreements or the separate First Five campaign.

1. Free preview and scope approval

A preview request is free, gives RRM permission to reply about that request and is not enrollment, payment authorization or homeowner-contact consent. A website concept is not your live website, a verified client result or authority to change your domain. The final scope, business facts, asset rights, revisions, access and delivery readiness are reviewed before a payable proposal is sent. No promise of an instant bespoke preview or a guaranteed number of jobs is made.

2. Website launch / handoff — $1,995 once

One custom five-page roofing website, two consolidated revision rounds, mobile conversion layout, click-to-call and tested inquiry capture, basic technical/local SEO, and source-code handoff after payment.

The scope covers one business and one website. Additional pages, advanced CRM/quoting workflows, original photography, legal copy, commerce, domains, paid licenses and third-party usage need separate written agreement. Two consolidated revision rounds means two lists of changes within the approved design and scope, not unlimited redesigns. Your business approves final factual claims, contact details and materials before publication.

3. Ownership and no forced subscription

After payment, the delivered website code and commissioned site content are provided for your business, subject to pre-existing software and asset licenses. Your domain remains under your control. You may take the source code and host elsewhere without subscribing. Platform accounts, vendor services and underlying RRM tools do not transfer with the site. Canceling monthly care does not revoke ownership; arrange alternate hosting before managed hosting ends.

4. Optional monthly services

Website Care — $249/month

Hosting, SSL, uptime and form-delivery checks, one small content update per month, and a monthly activity summary. Source-code ownership stays with you.

Fast Reply & Follow-Through — $199/month

One verified web or permissioned messaging channel; up to 100 new inquiries/month, qualification and routing, up to three approved touches per inquiry and two quote follow-ups. No promise of live phone coverage.

AI Receptionist — $499/month

After activation, answer inbound calls from approved business facts, qualify and route callers, offer appointments only through a tested calendar, and send consent-based text confirmations with human fallback. Includes up to 300 answered minutes per monthly period; additional minutes are $0.50 only after written approval. Phone numbers, carrier charges and separately approved premium-provider fees are scoped separately. Provider access, approved scripts, disclosure and a controlled live acceptance call must pass before activation. A readiness request does not provision phone service or start billing, and does not claim live coverage.

Jobsite Proof — $299/month

Two authorized real jobs/month, each turned into one short proof edit, two caption/placement variants and a project story; one consolidated revision per job. Publishing requires approved channel access.

Review & Referral Loop — $99/month

Up to 50 eligible completed-job customers/month, one honest review request plus one reminder, and a voluntary referral link. No review gating or incentives for positive ratings.

Local Visibility — $399/month

Two original service/area pages or substantial page improvements per month, one local-profile content update, and search-performance review where access is supplied. No ranking or traffic guarantee.

Only explicitly selected, approved and ready-to-run services are billed. A request or preset selection does not create a subscription. The checkout proposal separately shows the one-time website amount, monthly subtotal and first payment. If both are purchased at launch, the first payment is the website amount plus the first month. Subsequent monthly invoices contain only the recurring items.

5. AI Receptionist usage and activation

The AI Receptionist allowance is 300 answered minutes per monthly period. Additional answered minutes are $0.50 each only after written approval; otherwise service is held at the allowance rather than silently overbilled. Phone numbers, carrier charges and separately approved premium-provider fees are outside the base allowance and must be disclosed in the proposal. Activation requires approved business facts, phone and provider access, calendar and messaging integrations, a human-transfer destination, AI/recording disclosure approval, and a passed live acceptance call. A configured agent is not an activated production line.

Your company approves hours, appointment rules, scripts, escalation paths and the facts the receptionist may use. Callers must be told before interaction that they are speaking with AI and that calls may be recorded or processed by service providers. Texts require caller consent. The agent does not diagnose roofs, provide emergency services, promise insurance outcomes, or invent successful bookings, messages or transfers. Your company remains responsible for applicable call-recording, messaging, privacy and industry requirements in the places it serves.

6. Start, renewal, change and cancellation

Recurring service starts when you accept the ready-to-run proposal and complete its checkout—not merely when you request a preview. It renews monthly until canceled. Use the private billing controls or the RRM contact named on your proposal to cancel before the next renewal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Changes to scope or new modules require a new approval. No undisclosed overage, ad budget, sixth appointment fee or automatic upgrade is authorized.

7. Readiness, communication and approval

RRM verifies a responsible delivery owner, actual capacity, the selected access/permissions and an exception route before accepting payment. Agents prepare and execute approved tasks within the allowance; they do not replace roofing inspection, technical judgment, pricing, safety, legal or insurance advice. Your team handles homeowner questions needing those judgments. Customer communications need an appropriately permitted channel, suppression and opt-out handling. Publishing and use of customer media require approval. No fake reviews, review gating or fabricated project proof is permitted.

8. Campaigns, paid media and overlapping scope

New-demand campaigns, purchased traffic and paid media require separate scope, source, geography and approved funding. Third-party usage is not assumed free. First Five remains a separately authorized $250-per-qualified-held-initial-appointment campaign with five / $1,250 cap and no automatic renewal. Before combining it with monthly follow-up, the written campaign identifies which work is incremental or credited so the same defined service is not billed twice without disclosure.

9. Payment verification, disputes and tax

Stripe handles payment details. RRM verifies payment server-side before reporting a paid order; a redirect alone is not proof. Contact the named RRM representative about a billing error or a deliverable that does not match the accepted scope. Confirmed erroneous charges are corrected or refunded. If RRM cannot deliver the accepted work, the unperformed portion must be resolved with a remedy or refund rather than a claim of completion. Tax classification and registration obligations must be reviewed before the proposal is made payable; automatic tax collection is not silently assumed.

10. No invented outcome or capacity guarantee

We sell the described deliverables and service allowances, not guaranteed rankings, traffic, appointments, answered-call outcomes, closed roofs, insurance coverage or revenue. We do not advertise a remaining-spots counter without a genuine capacity record. A proposal expiration protects versioned terms; it is not a fictional claim that your territory has been sold to someone else.
