These terms govern use of RoofRainMaker marketing pages, applications, previews, and services. By requesting a preview or buying services, you agree to these terms.

Preview-first process

We may prepare a website preview or launch plan before payment. A preview is not a promise that every requested feature, market, or timeline is available until scope is confirmed in writing.

Launch promise

For approved and paid projects, if we miss the confirmed 7-business-day launch window because of RoofRainMaker-controlled work, setup fees are refundable. Delays caused by missing client content, approvals, domain access, third-party outages, or scope changes do not count against the launch window.

Ownership and subscriptions

Customers own approved website content and deliverables paid for under the agreed scope. Monthly services can be canceled according to the active agreement; unpaid invoices may pause hosting, support, or automation.

No guaranteed outcomes

RoofRainMaker builds conversion-focused websites and lead-response systems, but does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, revenue, or ad platform results.
